Navigating through the authentic flavors of our daily life.

This experience is an immersion into the streets of Mexico City. It has been designed to connect you with the actual rhythm of the city, moving beyond the surface to understand how this capital eats.

We start by navigating the capital like a local on the Metro. More than just a ride, it is a key part of life for millions of people here and your first encounter with the city’s energy as we head toward our first market stop. This is where the local trade happens.

Inside the market, you will find a scene shaped by the scent of spices, chiles, and flowers brought from across the country. This is where the supply chain begins and where traditions are kept alive by the people who work here every day. We go directly to the stalls to taste different types of mole, esquites, seasonal fruits, and carnitas tacos served on tortillas made just moments before.

After the market, we return to the Metro to reach the heart of the city. As we walk, you will see how the ingredients from the market come to life at various street food stalls of the Historic Center. With over 14 unique tastings, we explore the diversity of the taco, sample the ancient tradition of pulque, and offer a chance to try edible insects. We finish the route with a classic sweet side of the city: fresh churros.

Join me at the table to experience the city as we live it every day.
