Getting started

Making an offer

Private, fast, optional. Here's what happens when you send one.

01

How offers work

Find the tour. You set the price. The guide decides whether to take it.

It's quick and easy. No chat, no theatre — just a few steps and you either reach a price or walk away. That's it.

02

What to offer

The listing shows the guide's list price. A slider lets you set your offer anywhere within the range. Touri shows you where offers typically land — that's a steer, not a rule.

Offer what you think is fair. If your offer is in range, you'll hear back quickly.

03

What happens next

The guide gets your offer immediately. They can:

Acceptdone. Move to payment.

Counterthey come back with a different number. You can accept, offer a new price, or decline.

Declinethe offer closes. You can try another listing.

If the guide doesn't respond within 30 minutes, your offer expires. You'll be notified and can try again with a higher offer if you want.

04

Can I negotiate further after a counter?

Yes, but rounds are capped. Usually that means 3 or 4 rounds, total.

Touri's negotiation is fast: you make an offer, the guide responds. A few more moves to find the price, if needed.

That keeps things moving for both sides.

05

Is my offer private?

Yes. Your offer only goes to the guide you pick. It doesn't appear publicly, doesn't change the list price, and other travelers can't see it.

This also protects guides' businesses. Keeping offers private means they can be flexible with you without it affecting the rest of their work.

06

Can I change my offer?

You can't edit an offer once it's submitted. If you want to try a different amount, wait for the current offer to expire, then make a new one.

07

Buy now

Listings also have a "Buy now" option at the list price. Tap that and skip the negotiation — straight to payment. No counter, no waiting.

08

You pick the currency for your offer and pay in the same one. We accept:
