Commission on completed bookings only. We keep it well below the 20-30% other platforms charge - that's not value for travelers or guides. Commission is always added onto the number you set, so there are never deductions from the number you agree to.

No. Auto-negotiate handles offers for you - accept, counter, or decline based on thresholds you set. You can change them any time. Travelers can also "Buy now" at your list price — skipping the negotiation and paying the full rate.
The traveler is refunded automatically. You don't receive a payout for that booking.
Your payout is protected — you showed up, they didn't. We'll help them get in touch with you if there are exceptional circumstances. Any refund is at your discretion.
Touri doesn't touch it. Offers are private to your dashboard. Your listing on any other platform remains unchanged. No public discount appears anywhere.
No — one list price per listing. But you can create separate listings for different formats (private vs. group, different durations, etc.), each with their own pricing. You can also change auto-negotiate settings for specific runs of the same tour.
Check your dashboard for payout status. If a dispute was raised on that booking, the payout is held until it's resolved. Still stuck? Contact support with your booking ID.
Email support@gotouri.com immediately and flag it as urgent. If it's a platform issue affecting your ability to run the tour or confirm the booking, we'll escalate it as Critical and respond as fast as possible.
