Managing offers

Traveler offers

How offers reach you, and how Touri handles them when you can't.

01

Getting an offer

When a traveler makes an offer, you get an alert on Touri and an email. You'll see the offer amount and the time left to respond.

We keep it simple — the amount you see is the amount you'll get. No hidden deductions.

You have a 30 minute window to respond. Accept what works, counter what's close, decline what doesn't. Up to you.

02

Responding to offers

Open the offer from the notification or your dashboard. Tap Accept, Counter, or Decline.

If you counter, you set the amount. Just like offers, the amount you counter is the amount you'll get.

The traveler sees your counter and gets another move.

Declining is clean. No explanation needed. The offer closes.

03

Expiry

If an offer doesn't get a response in 30 minutes, it lapses. You can choose to send another counter or walk away.

The negotiating window is also limited — no more than 3 hours, and no more than the maximum rounds you set.

04

How auto-negotiate works

Let Touri handle offers for you - but only when and how you want. You set these up for tours or specific runs, and can change or disable them anytime.

Auto-accept

Touri automatically accepts offers above a threshold you set. For example: anything above 85% of your list price gets accepted automatically.

If a higher offer comes in, it's accepted immediately — you don't have to touch anything. The traveler pays, you get a notification, and you're booked.

Change it any time your availability or needs shift.

Auto-counter

Touri can also automatically counter any offer that doesn't meet your auto-accept level. Eg: counter at 90% for any offer that comes in at or below 85%.

This keeps the negotiation alive without manually responding to every offer.

Note: auto-counter only ever responds to a traveler's first offer.

05

Presets

To help you get started, Touri lets you select from optional preset auto-accept and auto-counter settings. Choose a preset based on your pricing needs, or set your own levels from day 1. Presets can be disabled or adapted at any time.

06

Overriding auto-negotiate

You can respond manually to any offer even when auto-negotiate's enabled. So long as you respond before auto-negotiate kicks in, your response takes priority.

Once auto-negotiate's response is locked in, you can't override it. This keeps things clear for travelers.

07

Can I turn off auto-negotiate?

Yes. You keep full control. Switch off auto-negotiate for any tour, or a specific run. All offers then require a manual response from you.

Auto-response summary
  • Above auto-accept threshold → accepted automatically.
  • Between floor and auto-accept → countered at your preset counter rate.
  • Below floor → you never see it.
  • You respond manually → your response wins, unless auto-negotiate has already responded.
