When you get paid
After you and a traveler reach a price, their seats are frozen for 30 minutes while they complete payment. If they don't, the booking lapses and the seats get released.
Your payout releases after a 24-hour dispute window post-experience.
In the rare case a traveler raises a question about the run, it's reviewed before your payout clears. If no dispute is raised, payout releases automatically.
Target: payout in your account by Day 3 post-experience (24h dispute window + 24-48h processing, dependent on your payout method).
How much you receive
Touri takes a commission on each completed booking. We keep it well below the 20-30% most platforms charge — because taking a third of a guide's income isn't a partnership.
Importantly: the price you set is the price you get. Travelers see a gross price that already includes our cut, so the number you agree is the number we pay out to you.
Your number is always net. We do the calculation for you, so you never have to deduct from an offer you see, or add extra to the amount you counter.
What about currency?
You choose your tours' list currency. Travelers browse and make offers in their local currency (eg USD).
We show you offers in the traveler's currency, plus an approximate conversion to your list currency.
Payout amounts are set in the traveler's local currency. But we can make payouts in your list currency if you prefer.
We currently support USD, EUR, GBP, MXN, CAD and AUD.
If a traveler gets a refund
If a traveler cancels more than 48 hours before — full refund, no payout.
If a traveler cancels less than 24 hours before — no refund, full payout.
Same for a traveler no-show. Touri's no-show policy protects you when you showed up and the traveler didn't.
If there's a dispute and a partial refund is issued — you receive the payout for the settled portion.
Where do I see my earnings?
Your dashboard shows all completed bookings, payout status, and earnings history.
